The Practice

is located on the 2nd floor of Fuhlsbüttler Straße 145, within the Ankerplatz physiotherapy centre. Please register at reception.

Directions

Underground/ train: To Barmbek station, then either 6 minutes on foot or by bus number 7, 177, 277 or 17, 172 or 261 to the stop Hellbrookstraße.

Bus: Take bus number 7, 17, 172, 177, 261, 277, 607 or 617 to the stop Hellbrookstraße.

Car: The Fuhle multi-storey car park is a 6-minute walk away at Massaquoispassage 1 and is open Mon-Sat until 8pm. Hourly rate 2€.

E-charging stations: are located at Fuhlsbüttler Straße 149 and Fuhlsbüttler Straße 119.

About Me

12 years in London and a demanding working life with a lot of travelling have made me realise how much influence nutrition and stress have on our well-being. That’s why I work as a naturopath according to the holistic approach of functional medicine, specialising in gut health and mental health.

I trained as a naturopath at the Paracelsus School in Hamburg, further training in functional medicine, nutritional counselling, herbal medicine, hypnosis and as a trainer. MBA (Entrepreneurship) at Imperial College and BA Hons. Arts & Design at Central Saint Martins in London.
